Meet Bryan

Bryan was raised in the Midwest, by hard-working blue collar parents; his dad worked in the auto industry, and his mom worked as an office manager.  Both instilled strong personal and family values and the importance of education.  Bryan and his three brothers were the first generation in his family to graduate college, all self-funded given their family's limited income.  For the next 30 years, Bryan had a successful career with a global food company, leading global warehouse and transportation systems, and being responsible for delivering continuous cost savings for the company's bottom line.

During that time, Bryan married Kathleen (his wife of over 35 years) and together they raised three children, Josh, Sarah and Michael.  Volunteering to coach his children's sports teams, hockey, soccer, and football, was both a passion and a joyful privilege for him.

Bryan moved to Clearwater after he retired and immediately became involved in the community.  He has advocated for and helped numerous families, non-profits, churches, and municipalities lower their energy bills.  This has complemented the leadership and board positions he has held with Suncoast Sierra Group, Pinellas Parks and Conservation Board, Clearwater Alliance for Housing, and the North Pinellas League of Women Voters.  Helping families lower their living costs, conserving and protecting our environment, and improving the health and well being of families is a consistent theme in Bryan's work.

During his free time, Bryan enjoys being in the outdoors with friends and family - including fishing, biking, running, and hiking.
